Congratulations on taking this important step towards keeping your Microsoft 365 data safe. We're happy to share that your backup environment has been created and ready for you to use.

This email contains the three steps you need to get started, so make sure to save it for future reference.

Step 1. Access Your CrashPlan Console

To access your CrashPlan console, you'll log into your own dedicated URL

Step 2. Login with Your Temporary Password

These are your temporary credentials. The console will require you to change your password immediately after you log in.

User Name: custadmin
Temporary Password: ${process.env.PORTAL_DEFAULT_PASSWORD} 

Step 3. Set Up Your Backups

After changing your password, you'll see a simple wizard that will walk you through connecting your Microsoft 365 environment to the console. Then you can setup your first backup policies.

Your Subscription Information

You are currently using CrashPlan for Microsoft 365 Core${data.subscriptionEndDate ? '. Your subscription is valid until ' + data.subscriptionEndDate : ''} After the 14-day trial period, you will be charged for your yearly subscription, which will auto-renew yearly until you cancel. Your receipts will come from our payment processor, Paddle (help@paddle.com). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your CrashPlan console's manage subscription section.
