1.Give proper inputs in config file as mentioned below.(for example you can see config file)
    a.mongoIP
    b.mongoPort
    c.inputFile is excel file name.
2.InputFile format is first column is userName and  second columnis  is okta/AADlogin Id.
3.Run jar by using fowlloing command "java -jar UpdateOktaOrAADLoginId.jar config".
4.This utility will update okta/AADlogin Id  and set localuser to false and password hash to empty.
